Home Staging

The opposite of Interior Decorating. Less is more! We use what the owner already has in their home, just differently.  Using minimal accessories, neutral colors, and emphasizing the home’s assets. The goal is to create an emotional connection with the buyer so the home will sell more quickly at a more desired price range.

1 Hour consultation: Paid the same day of service.
Full Service Staging:  Charged by the room. Requires 50% deposit and payment in full at completion.

Vacant Home/Model Staging

Staging in a vacant home adds warmth and possibilities to a potential buyer. It is hard for a potential buyer to envision the possibilities of the home when it is completely empty. The same principles apply as Home Staging with the exception that some furniture will need to be either bought or rented and some accessories will need to be bought at owner’s expense.

1 Hour consultation: Paid the same day of service.
Full Service Staging: Budget is determined for any purchase/rentals and hourly rate applies.

Downsizing

Provides a decorating service for those clients are looking to downsize their homes and need assistance in maximizing space while keeping their decorative personality.

1 Hour consultation: Paid the same day of service.
Full Service Decorating: Budget determined and paid in full at completion of service.

For Sale By Owner Assistance

Home Staging services offered to owners selling their own home and need assistance in making it more marketable.

One Hour Consultation: Paid the same day of service
Full Service Staging: Charged by the room. Requires 50% deposit and payment in full at completion.
